1 Killed After Car hits Guardrail on I-77

Sadly, this was recently the case in South Carolina. A car collided with a guardrail, killing the driver. The fatal accident occurred on the morning of April 12 in Richland County.

The crash happened on I-77 northbound at exit 13 when a Chevrolet Camaro drove off the side of the highway for unknown reasons. The car ran into a guardrail, with debris from the crash hitting a Mazda CX-30 that was also traveling north on I-77.

The driver of the Camaro was the only occupant of the vehicle. They were taken to a local hospital, where they later died from their injuries. The driver of the Mazda did not suffer any injuries. The crash is still under investigation by the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
